Daddy took me to Morehead Saturday night to watch Morehead State and Southeast Missouri play. There was a women’s game and a men’s game and it was senior night. Morehead won both games. We got to see Chynna Bozeman, a really good player for the women, score her 2000th career point and Kenneth Faried, the nation’s leading rebounder, play in their last home games. Before the men’s game, the school retired both of their jerseys, so I guess that means they’re pretty good.
After the game, Daddy took me to Coach Tyndall’s press conference. He and Daddy went to school together. I also got to meet Kenneth Faried. Daddy says he’s going to be drafted in the NBA draft this year. I guess we’ll see.
Before the games, me and Daddy walked around Morehead’s campus. I got to run on the football field and see the baseball stadium. Daddy and I ran into Jay Sorg, the baseball coach, at the basketball game. He said I should come watch the Eagles play Louisville on March 1. I’m going to see if Daddy will take me.
